By Angie DiMichele South Florida Sun-Sentinel TAMARAC, Fla. — A woman stole a private ambulance Friday in Tamarac with an employee still inside, crashed multiple times and bailed from the moving vehicle before it hit a tree, officials said. The woman stole the ambulance shortly after 1 p.m. in the area of University Drive and McNab Road in Tamarac, the Broward Sheriff's Office said. The woman then crashed into another driver at Pine Island and McNab roads and fled into Sunrise. No one was injured in the Tamarac hit-and-run crash, the Sheriff's Office said.
